📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive product commercialization strategies and plans for new and existing products, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market • Lead cross-functional teams across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Training • Define and track KPIs for product launches and ongoing product performance • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership • Develop and manage product launch budgets and timelines • Create sales enablement tools, collateral, and training programs • Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns driving product awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners • Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare technology market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape • Identify and implement process improvements for product commercialization workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or commercialization within healthcare technology or software • Proven track record of launching and commercializing complex software products • Strong understanding of the healthcare payer and/or provider market • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus • Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM software • MBA preferred
