📋 Description

• Collaborate with operations leaders and stakeholders to manage analytic solutions addressing operational objectives and driving business impact • Provide end users with an optimal analytics experience • Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to provide scalable solutions and actionable insights • Understand business needs and develop or support analytics solutions • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools • Track work in two-week sprints with clear objectives and success criteria, or manage work via Kanban • Develop and maintain code across SQL Server, Databricks, and other data platforms to extract meaningful and accurate information from complex, massive datasets • Perform data validation, quality checks, and user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Support continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and processes • Participate in project meetings and knowledge sharing • Provide technical documentation and/or instruction to operations leaders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of education and experience • One year of experience • Develop and/or maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools • Develop and maintain code across SQL Server, Databricks, and other data platforms • Perform data validation, quality checks, and user acceptance testing • Obtain and maintain Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as required for the area of focus and at the leader's direction • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Frequent near and far vision use and ability to identify and distinguish colors • Frequent hearing and speech use for oral communication, including hearing alarms and malfunctioning machinery • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Rare climbing • Required professional license and/or certifications: None
