📋 Description

• Collect data directly from patients and referring provider offices to confirm and create scheduled appointments for patient services • Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services • Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate • Assist with maintaining and updating provider contact information • Enter medical appointments, special instructions, and patient information into the electronic medical system • Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation for compliance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a call center environment • Experience with Epic • Knowledge of medical terminology • Excellent customer service skills • Candidates must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience • No experience required • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to meet physical requirements, including frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Required professional licenses/certifications: None
