📋 Description

• Perform complex financial analysis and reporting at a senior level • Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data from various internal sources • Prepare reports on health care costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, revenue, and profitability • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes • Review budgets for compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities • Serve as a consultant to senior management and executive leadership, providing decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures • Perform special projects, including research, forecasting, and exploring viable alternatives • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • Five years' experience • Expertise in Medicare and Medicaid hospital reimbursement • Experience in hospital finance and financial analysis • Ability to analyze reimbursement methodologies • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations • No professional license or certification required • Ability to work day shift • 40 scheduled weekly hours
