📋 Description

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voicemail, eHelp, and email requests from end users • Document technical solutions during issue resolution • Escalate issues appropriately to internal Analysts and Senior Analysts • Resolve password resets/unlocks, printing issues, and remote assistance requests • Answer all types of calls and use available tools to capture information for triage and resolution • Remotely assist users of the organization's enterprise applications and hardware • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience • One year customer service experience • Ability to provide first-line support for password resets and service requests • Ability to provide second-line support for incoming calls and incidents involving Clinical and Non-Clinical applications and systems • Ability to remotely assist users with enterprise applications and hardware • Ability to perform frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally • No professional license or certification required
