📋 Description

• Provide advanced support to business operations • Influence business strategies through robust reporting and distilling of data • Facilitate conversations with leaders to apply data trends to improve business operations • Elicit business requirements for operational improvements among cross-functional teams • Guide the work of Operations Analysts and ensure business and operational needs are met • Provide guidance on complex data reporting and analytic matters impacting the region and ministry • Lead work of others within business operations when needed • Collaborate with key decision makers to solve business and operational problems • Interpret complex data, identify trends, establish and use benchmark data, create visualizations, and determine business impact and opportunities • Develop specifications for analytic and reporting needs through project teams and customer meetings • Gather data using databases and advanced query tools • Ensure reporting requirements are well-defined and data integrity and quality are maintained • Supply business and leadership with insights into daily and overall operations • Serve as a subject matter expert for the team • Partner with technical and build teams to establish operational reports and dashboards • Discover business needs and proactively offer options and solutions • Oversee evaluation, analysis, and development of reporting and analytical tools • Present information in clear, concise, and useful formats • Support operational reporting, business process redesign, and process improvement initiatives with data insights • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Five years' experience • Knowledge of KPIs, industry benchmarks, and performance indicators in the patient financial experience space • Strong communication skills • Inquisitive nature • Self-motivation • Willingness to challenge the status quo • Investigative skills • Advanced data reporting and analytic techniques • Experience with databases and advanced query tools • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, establish and use benchmark data, and create data visualizations • Ability to develop analytic and reporting specifications • Ability to ensure data integrity and data quality • Ability to work with technical and build team members on reports and dashboards • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some flexibility • Must reside in AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV, or WI • Frequent keyboard use/data entry and ability to perform listed physical activities • Required professional license/certification: None
