📋 Description
• Innovate machine learning algorithms to maximize ROI and advertising performance • Create new algorithms, improve state-of-the-art methods, and develop solutions using classic methods • Write production code, sometimes collaborating with Data Engineers, to implement novel ML algorithms • Prototype potential algorithms and pipelines • Test algorithms and pipelines using historical data • Iterate and modify solutions based on insights
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field • Ability to take an ambiguously defined task and break it down into actionable steps • Comprehensive understanding of statistics, optimization, and machine learning • Proficiency in coding, data structures, and algorithms • Dual degrees are a plus • Ability to work in a friendly, collaborative environment
