📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, mobile-first web applications and interfaces • Contribute to the architecture, development, and deployment of student-facing mobile applications for iOS and Android • Build reusable, scalable front-end components across multiple platforms • Translate product requirements, wireframes, and design concepts into production-ready applications • Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices • Integrate front-end applications with APIs, authentication systems, and backend services • Own the design and implementation of intuitive user interfaces and experiences • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interface designs • Establish and maintain shared design systems, reusable components, and visual standards • Identify usability challenges and implement improvements based on user feedback and product requirements • Collaborate with engineering, product, backend, and other technical teams • Own features from initial design through development, testing, deployment, and iteration • Troubleshoot application issues and improve product optimization and stability • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement • Leverage AI-assisted development tools for productivity, prototyping, debugging, and delivery • Evaluate and validate AI-generated code • Explore emerging technologies and establish efficient development practices

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on front-end development and experience contributing to mobile application development • Demonstrated experience in front-end software engineering and building production-quality user interfaces • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development frameworks • Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or comparable component-based frameworks • Hands-on experience with mobile application development technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or comparable frameworks • Understanding of native or cross-platform mobile development • Demonstrated ability to design and implement user interfaces using Figma or comparable design platforms • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive, mobile-first development • Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs or comparable backend services • Familiarity with Git, modern software development workflows, testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices • Strong problem-solving skills, technical judgment, communication, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • All employment duties must be performed from within the United States • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation • Employment verification will be conducted to validate relevant work experience • Successful completion of a background check is required • A job-related assessment may be required during the interview process
