📋 Description

• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses • Participate in compensation surveys and prepare, validate, and submit compensation data • Support annual compensation programs, salary administration, and incentive plan processes • Develop reports, analyses, and modeling to support compensation decisions and program design • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance compensation programs and operations • Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and Compensation team members • Provide compensation insights that support business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 4+ years of compensation experience or equivalent experience involving data analysis, modeling, and evaluation • Experience conducting market pricing, job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and salary administration activities • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting, validating, and presenting data-driven insights • Experience working with compensation surveys, reporting, and compensation program administration • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain compensation concepts to a variety of audiences • Experience using Workday or a similar Human Capital Management (HCM) system preferred • Experience supporting incentive compensation or sales compensation programs preferred • Criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification required as a condition of employment • Must be bondable
