📋 Description

• Manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business and existing/growing business • Evaluate RFP risks for amendments and new groups • Negotiate pricing, rate competitiveness, and product enhancements • Analyze RFP documents for underwriting feasibility, experience evaluation, and proposal accuracy • Administer re-quotes and corrections • Manage Salesforce data input, stage updates, document uploads, reports, probability, and pipeline • Build and maintain relationships with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers • Provide responsive communication through daily check-ins and scheduled meetings • Demonstrate company values and brand in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with Group Employee Benefits Products preferred • Knowledge of underwriting guidelines preferred • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred • Life and Disability insurance license for all states within office’s assigned territory required • Must live in the Florida area • Successful completion of criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
