📋 Description

• Overseeing Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) execution, workflow coordination, and team operations for a defined modeling scope. • Coordinating day‑to‑day workflow, tracking deliverables, and ensuring outputs meet quality and timing expectations. • Providing first‑round review and quality assurance for routine actuarial outputs. • Ensuring model and process changes are supported by appropriate testing and documentation. • Leading structured onboarding and foundational training for junior actuarial staff. • Supporting new business initiatives, what‑if analyses, and cross‑line projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in mathematics, actuarial science, business or a related field preferred. • Certification: FSA or equivalent international designation. (strongly preferred) • 5-8 years of progress actuarial experience with demonstrated experience supporting BAU actuarial modeling and reporting using GGY AXIS. • Hands-on AXIS modeling expertise (required). • Business knowledge of Retirement Plan or Individual Annuity products. • Effective communicator able to collaborate with Product Line and modeling partners and clearly explain AXIS results and modeling considerations.
