📋 Description

• Manage and support business growth, profitability, and retention through customer service strategies and staff execution • Develop flexible and expert employees within the field Employee Benefits Sales and Service Office • Coordinate a service strategy with the Director of Field Service for assigned office(s) • Partner with the Employee Benefits Sales Manager to meet office goals and support long-term profitability and growth • Develop and implement business plans for assigned offices focused on profitability, persistency, and growth • Lead and motivate staff to maintain customer focus throughout the customer life cycle • Provide leadership and counseling to staff managing customer blocks toward successful renewals • Review, negotiate, and resolve complex service issues escalated by staff and customers • Attend finalist presentations and other customer-facing meetings • Accompany Account Managers on broker and customer visits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • 3 to 5 years of experience in supervision, preferably in the Employee Benefits field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience • Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory and the state of New York • Personal automobile available for business use • Adequate automobile insurance • Safe driving record • Successful completion of criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
