📋 Description

• Lead a team of relationship managers for the voluntary benefits line of business • Convert employee benefits strategy into multiyear plans • Deliver proactive client-facing account, broker, and education services • Resolve client service issues and drive seamless client service execution • Align leaders and reports around shared outcomes • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Service, Operations, and Actuarial leaders • Develop action plans across market segments to achieve service organization goals • Drive client retention, market/client insights, and participation in prospect finalist presentations • Evaluate data sources, tools, and structures • Partner with cross-functional systems owners to develop a metrics-driven framework • Promote data-driven practices and decisions • Build a community of continuous learners using best practices and the Lean Management System

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred • 8+ years of client management experience • 2+ years of leader of leaders experience • Voluntary benefits industry certifications, project management, lean management, and change management are strongly preferred • Experience developing measures/metrics and applying a pragmatic approach to turn data into actionable business improvement • Strong understanding of revenue drivers, profitability, client retention, contract economics, and cost to serve • Ability to balance client advocacy with enterprise financial objectives • Ability to identify opportunities for profitable growth • Must undergo criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
