• Lead and shape enterprise technology cost optimization and value realization initiatives • Define and evolve the IT cost optimization strategy and roadmap • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and value delivery across product and technology spend • Influence investment prioritization and portfolio-level trade-off decisions • Partner with IT, Finance, and supplier management leaders to drive strategic initiatives • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and unit economics for strategic options and investments • Translate complex data into decision-ready insights for senior leaders and executive forums • Anticipate and articulate business implications, risks, and trade-offs • Define and standardize methodologies, frameworks, and best practices for cost transparency, unit costing, and financial governance • Embed TBM and FinOps insights into planning, forecasting, and operational management • Develop scalable tools, playbooks, and metrics such as cost per service and cost per user • Educate and influence leaders on financial management practices • Design and implement governance frameworks for cost, value, and performance visibility • Establish measurement approaches and controls to track benefits and accountability • Drive transparency into technology consumption, cost drivers, and financial performance • Provide structured reporting for leadership oversight and decision-making • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and multidisciplinary workstreams • Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for senior IT and business leaders • Align stakeholders on methodologies, assumptions, and execution plans • Build relationships to influence outcomes without direct authority • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field • 8–10 years in finance or management consulting • Deep experience in IT financial management, cost optimization, and operating model transformation • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, cost analysis, and unit economics • Deep knowledge of IT financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and capital investment analysis • Strong understanding of Technology Business Management (TBM), including cost transparency, service costing, and consumption-based financial management • Knowledge of technology cost drivers and optimization best practices • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact business problems • Ability to connect financial insights to enterprise strategy • Exceptional executive communication and influence skills • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling tools such as Alteryx • Familiarity with TBM/financial management and planning platforms such as Apptio One and TargetProcess • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, Service Desk, or HR tools • Occasional travel may be required • Must satisfy criminal background, employment, education, and licensing verification requirements • All employees must be bondable
