📋 Description

• Retain, identify, and sell Voluntary Benefits for additional lines of business with large accounts exceeding 2,000 employees • Manage a book of business and develop and execute strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets • Resolve issues promptly for existing accounts • Educate clients on products and value propositions to expand client relationships and share of wallet • Develop relationships with assigned clients and account producers, including brokers and consultants • Establish internal partnerships to ensure prompt issue resolution • Hold regular discussions with decision-makers at large accounts about market trends and associate needs • Develop and execute retention and growth strategies for the large-account portfolio • Help implement and support corporate strategy • Provide feedback on marketplace changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience selling voluntary benefits • Life & Health License • Demonstrated ability optimizing customer retention • Strong focus on customer service • Developed and mature conflict resolution skills • Demonstrated ability to grow portfolio over a period • Must complete criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification as a condition of employment • Must be bondable
