📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets • Cultivate strong relationships with industrial customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions • Manage channel partnerships and distributor relationships to maximize sales opportunities • Provide technical guidance on product applications and engineered systems, supporting customers in manufacturing environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using digital tools such as Salesforce • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends and Stanley Black & Decker’s product innovations • Ensure superior customer experience through proactive engagement and problem-solving • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field required • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field • Strong project management skills and a self-starter attitude • High mechanical and technical aptitude; eagerness to learn about new industrial applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce preferred • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Industrial environment experience is preferred
