📋 Description
• Support and improve payroll processes for timely payment of partners • Evaluate complex payroll issues and assist with troubleshooting • Recommend and implement process improvements • Lead cross-functional teams in resolving process concerns • Maintain process documentation and validate policies against laws • Participate in internal auditing of key responsibilities
🎯 Requirements
• Multi-state/Provincial full cycle payroll processing experience • Foundational understanding of payroll including garnishments, bonus payments, and payroll taxes • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions • Ability to mentor and train peers
