📋 Description

• Support and improve processes enabling accurate and timely payment of 250,000+ partners in the United States and Canada • Support the payroll team with weekly payroll processing • Evaluate complex payroll issues • Provide training to other team members • Create and follow best practices • Support technology enhancements • Identify areas requiring consistent monitoring or analysis • Anticipate and prepare for potential issues and recommend resolutions • Report payroll processing and system issues and assist with troubleshooting • Support management in achieving payroll processing objectives • Promote best practices and technological advancements as a change agent • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements • Lead cross-functional teams in resolving process concerns and developing new processes • Maintain process documentation and validate policies and procedures against State and Provincial laws • Participate in periodic internal audits of key responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-state/Provincial full cycle payroll processing, including time entry to general ledger entry • Foundational understanding of payroll including garnishments, bonus payments, special payments, and payroll taxes for US (required) and Canada (preferred) • Strong customer skills with consistent follow-through • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing • Strong analytical and technical skills • Attention to detail and execution • Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology • Ability to identify, evaluate, and support process improvements • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions • Ability to mentor and train peers, payroll analyst associates, and payroll analysts
