📋 Description

• Lead Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Ads, DSP, Brand Stores and off-site campaigns • Manage budgets across categories, products and markets to improve revenue, profitability, TACOS, ROAS and new-to-brand customer growth • Develop audience strategies using Amazon Marketing Cloud, including Amazon Business opportunities • Test advertising creative and video, optimize Brand Stores and improve campaigns using performance insights • Build first-90-day plans for new product launches using Amazon and other relevant channels • Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys and incrementality to guide targeting, creative and budget decisions • Evaluate AI and automation tools with appropriate human oversight • Align media with content, availability, promotions and commercial priorities • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Content, Data, Finance, Amazon account teams and partners such as Pacvue

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience, including planning, launching and optimizing Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns • Experience managing budgets against TACOS, ROAS, new-to-brand growth, and profitability • Practical knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), audience building, attribution and funnel measurement • SQL, Excel, and BI tools • Understanding of how listings, content, inventory, availability and promotions affect retail media performance • Experience managing Amazon Brand Stores • Familiarity with Pacvue, Helium 10, SmartScout or equivalent platforms • Confidence using and critically evaluating generative AI tools • Clear communication, strong partnerships, and ability to prioritize and work independently • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business, or equivalent relevant experience • Experience with Amazon Business, B2B or considered-purchase products is valuable • Power BI or similar data visualization experience is valuable • Video advertising and creative optimization experience is valuable • Experience with paid search, paid social or programmatic display is valuable
