📋 Description

• Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payment for medical and non-medical accounts • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls in a timely and professional manner to perform collections activity • Use negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results • Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA, and other applicable laws • Enter and update data on company and/or client systems accurately and timely • Work assigned schedules, including regular evening and Saturday work as business requires • Maintain camera use during training and as directed after training • Work cooperatively within a team-based environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service with daily public contact • Ability to accurately and timely enter and update data on company and/or client systems • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong organization skills • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Focus upon customer service and deliverables • Flexibility in scheduling and assignments, including regular evening and Saturday work as required • Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment • Broadband internet connection; no DSL or dial-up • Hard-wired internet connection required; no Wi-Fi or hotspots • Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Camera required during training and as directed after training • Remote workers must be based in the United States and reside in an eligible listed state • Successful completion of all post-offer processing
