📋 Description
• Implement best practices for IT delivery and serve as a critical link between technical teams • Coordinate the delivery of IT projects, system enhancements, and business-as-usual activities • Manage team members and liaise with IT stakeholders • Support IT planning activities including defining work plans and timelines • Manage the delivery of IT initiatives while tracking milestones and deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in IT delivery or coordination roles involving cross-functional teams • Familiar with both Agile (including Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methods • Solid understanding of SDLC and how IT initiatives move from planning through implementation • Experience using common delivery and tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) • Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, ITIL, or similar) are a plus
