📋 Description

• Identify new opportunities within existing customer accounts • Conduct outbound calls to expand revenue • Demonstrate Steer CRM and phones product solutions • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing • Learn each shop’s goals and workflows and provide consultative software recommendations • Maintain an active pipeline, accurate forecasts, and up-to-date CRM opportunity records • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to review account history and support a smooth post-sale customer experience • Help expand and scale revenue within Steer’s existing customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning and closing full-cycle sales opportunities, ideally in an expansion or account growth role • Comfortable making proactive outbound calls to generate revenue opportunities • Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing capabilities • History of meeting or exceeding activity and revenue goals • Nice to have: experience selling SaaS, CRM, communications, or phone solutions • Nice to have: prior success growing revenue and expanding platform usage within an existing customer base • Nice to have: familiarity with automotive repair shops, home services, or other service-oriented businesses
