📋 Description

• Review invoices and disbursement requests to determine eligibility and appropriate approval levels based on program guidelines • Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready • Support the Purchase Assistance Request (PAR) process by reviewing and processing requests promptly • Research and resolve duplicate payment submissions • Stay current on program requirements, policies, and process updates • Meet individual and team productivity and quality goals • Collaborate with team members to support efficient and accurate payment processing • Report to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 2-3 years of experience in medical billing, accounts payable, claims processing, disbursement processing, or a related field • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered • Bachelor's degree preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required • Experience working in SharePoint preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Knowledge of Accounts Payable, billing, or payment processing practices • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of Accounts Payable • General understanding of the FES-UA Program • Must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required, depending on role responsibilities
