📋 Description

• Provides escrow services for commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. • Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process. • Responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Acts as a neutral liaison between file parties, adheres to company policy, and monitors and mitigates risk to the company. • Follows standard procedures and guidelines. • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams. • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided. • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options. • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team. • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach. • Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload. • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
