📋 Description

• Provide nationwide title services • Support real estate transactions by searching public records and examining property titles • Determine the legal condition and insurability of property titles • Compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to identify liabilities • Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments according to company procedures • Follow standard procedures and guidelines • Coordinate duties with team members and related teams • Recognize and solve typical problems using established options • Communicate moderately complex information within the team • Manage own workload under general supervision • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Ability to compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records • Ability to determine title liabilities, legal condition, and property insurability • Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments • Ability to follow company examining and policy procedures • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established options • Ability to communicate moderately complex information in routine situations • Ability to work under general supervision and manage own workload • No supervisory responsibilities
