📋 Description

• Compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to determine title liabilities and legal condition • Determine property title insurability • Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments • Perform support functions for departmental processes • Follow defined procedures to complete daily tasks • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems • Address internal and external clients and team members • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience • Basic communication skills • Ability to follow defined procedures • Ability to search public records and examine titles for properties • Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
