📋 Description

• Engage proactively with stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business plans • Advise on development and vision of strategies in partnership with business stakeholders and IT peers • Oversee requirements, including new demands and escalations for operational requests • Lead education of business teams on strategy, services and capabilities • Lead IT change management and communications across assigned departments • Develop business cases and proposals for programs and projects • Develop and present materials for programs and projects to stakeholders • Assist with project management responsibilities • Guide team members on processes, systems, issues, services and process capabilities • Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental and institutional goals • Maintain regular and predictable attendance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field required • 4+ years of experience in a comparable client-facing IT role • Experience working with structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies • Demonstrated history leading discussions and documenting business and/or technical requirements, user stories and process flows • Experience translating business requirements to technical/system requirements • Demonstrated ability to work with mid to senior-level business leaders • Business analysis skills, including eliciting and understanding business, process and system requirements and translating them into technical needs • Ability to think critically, draw insights, connect the dots and conduct root-cause analysis • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences • Ability to prioritize and address needs from multiple customers/stakeholders • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and solve complex problems • Ability to collaborate across scrum teams and contractors • Ability to comply with applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
