📋 Description

• Design onboarding curricula, SOP walkthroughs, job aids, videos, and hands-on training modules for fulfillment roles • Launch and manage structured learning programs, including new-hire ramp, cross-training, leadership development, and safety certification • Partner with site leaders, Operations teams, and the Learning Team to roll out new processes, systems, or equipment • Continuously update training materials as SOPs, technology, and workflows change • Track time-to-productivity, certification completion, and quality and safety metrics tied to training • Equip site-level trainers and shift leads with tools and coaching • Build a consistent training framework that scales across facilities while accommodating site-specific needs • Travel to fulfillment sites as needed to observe operations and deliver training in person

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and delivering training programs, ideally in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or another operations-heavy environment • Track record of creating training content directly, rather than only managing a vendor or LMS • Ability to design clear, visual, and practical materials for frontline, hands-on audiences • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently • Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning best practices • Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic content tools, including video editing, e-learning authoring, and job aid design • Willingness to travel to fulfillment sites as needed • Preferred: experience training on WMS workflows or similar operational software • Preferred: background in safety or compliance training, including OSHA or equipment certification • Preferred: experience scaling a training function across multiple locations • Must be authorized to work in the United States
