📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve training programs across a regional portfolio of fulfillment centers • Own the end-to-end training experience, including onboarding, cross-training, and leadership development • Diagnose performance gaps and design targeted learning programs with site and operations leaders • Conduct in-person and virtual training, train-the-trainer certifications, floor-level coaching, and training • Monitor training completion, certification status, and skill proficiency; proactively escalate risks • Localize and roll out corporate curricula covering safety, equipment operation, WMS/systems training, and quality standards • Identify content gaps and create or update SOPs, job aids, e-learning modules, and videos • Track time-to-proficiency, completion rates, safety correlations, and turnover/retention impact • Use performance data to prioritize site and role support and report regional training health • Recruit, coach, and certify site-level trainers and training leads • Develop frontline leaders’ coaching and training capabilities • Support new site launches, peak-season ramp-ups, and process/system rollouts • Achieve target training completion and certification rates, reduce new-hire time-to-proficiency, build certified trainers, and link training initiatives to safety, quality, and productivity KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or operations • At least 2 years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment • Ability to design and deliver training programs across multiple sites or shifts • Strong partnership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships • Strong facilitation skills with frontline associates and site leadership • Ability to use training and performance data to make decisions and communicate insights • Willingness to travel regularly across the region, typically 40–60% • Experience with LMS platforms preferred • Familiarity with WMS systems and fulfillment/logistics operations preferred • Instructional design experience preferred • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus depending on site footprint • Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement background preferred • Authorization to work in the U.S.
