📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports using Omni, Power BI, and Tableau • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in inventory management, order fulfillment, and supplier performance • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to improve OTIF, fill rates, shrink, location accuracy, inventory turnover, and productivity • Extract, clean, and structure data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and external vendor systems • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort • Support cost optimization initiatives by analyzing spend patterns, forecasting demand, and improving freight and distribution strategies • Work with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT to align data insights with business objectives • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security while ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, GDP, and other industry regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics • Proficiency in BI tools (Omni, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, Looker) • Strong SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems • Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder) • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query) • Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics KPIs • Strong communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics (bonus) • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines (bonus) • Exposure to machine learning applications in supply chain forecasting (bonus)
