• Support instructional faculty in online classrooms with large numbers of students • Analyze student activity in discussions and assessments and respond based on training and lead instructor input • Assist in managing student communications • Escalate unique issues to the lead instructor • Assist with grading and provide feedback • Monitor student engagement and recommend approaches to increase engagement • Provide tutoring, live sessions, and other student support as directed • Assist with student outreach • Develop supplemental support documents, videos, and job aids • Perform other duties as assigned • Report into key Faculty roles within the designated team
• Part-time schedule of 25 hours per week • Must be available Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm ET • Applications must include copies of unofficial transcripts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective time management skills • Relationship-building, customer service, and problem resolution skills • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through • Experience working with diverse learning styles • Comfortable using technology to facilitate learning • Previous teaching experience • Previous experience teaching Python and AI software development languages required • Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required • A terminal degree may be required depending on course credentialing requirements • Professional experience in the field of study may be required depending on course credentialing requirements • Professional certification in the discipline specialty may be required depending on course credentialing requirements • Ability to access information using a computer • Ability to communicate effectively up and down the management chain • Ability to cope effectively with stressful situations • Good attendance • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong mental acuity • Must be able to lift 25 lbs • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
