📋 Description

• Evaluate and improve software pricing and packaging models, including subscription, usage-based, tiered, platform, and hybrid pricing • Build financial models to assess the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, margins, retention, and growth • Support complex and nonstandard software agreements, including enterprise contracts, renewals, migrations, and multiyear arrangements • Review pricing, margins, discounts, and commercial terms to support sound business decisions • Help establish or improve price books, rate cards, discount guidelines, and approval processes • Analyze pricing performance, discount leakage, competitive positioning, and related trends • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership to present recommendations and support implementation • Document pricing policies, processes, and recommendations for continued use following the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer • KPI Solutions cannot sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this position now or in the future • Five or more years of experience in pricing strategy, deal desk, revenue operations, FP&A, or strategy consulting • Direct pricing experience supporting software or SaaS products • Strong financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets • Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, ACV, gross margin, churn, and customer lifetime value • Familiarity with subscription, perpetual, consumption-based, and self-service software licensing models • Experience supporting complex deals and partnering with senior sales leaders • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment • Candidates whose pricing experience is primarily within consumer-packaged goods (CPG) will not be the right match for this assignment
