• Develop the Account Management function and team in North America • Manage North America Account Managers and establish standards and frameworks for the AM function • Lead a portfolio of strategic partners while coaching and developing your team • Drive partner success, revenue growth, and long-term value across Strava's partnerships • Collaborate with commercial leadership to shape AM function's future structure
• 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, media sales, or digital marketing — including experience at a senior or lead level • Proven people leader with experience managing and developing Account Management or Customer Success teams • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of advertising, partnerships, or platform-based sales models • Consultative approach to client relationships, with a track record of building trust and driving retention and growth within existing accounts • Comfortable operating in ambiguity — able to create structure and clarity where little exists • Track record of translating personal client instincts into repeatable, teachable practices that elevate a wider team • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal and Operations • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
