📋 Description

• Interact with students in online classrooms with many students • Analyze student activity within discussions and assessments and respond appropriately based on training and lead instructor input • Assist in managing student communications • Escalate unique issues to the lead instructor • Assist with grading and providing feedback • Monitor student engagement and recommend approaches to increase engagement • Provide tutoring, live sessions, and other student support as directed • Assist with student outreach • Help develop supplemental support documents, videos, and job aids • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience in Business • 3 years of experience in Project Management, or PMP Certification if experience is not in Project Management • Previous teaching experience • Online teaching experience preferred • Master’s degree in Business or a Business-related discipline with 27 graduate quarter credits (18 graduate semester credits) in business-related coursework, or Master’s degree in Project Management • Professional certification in discipline specialty if required by course credentialing requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners • Effective time management skills • Relationship-building, customer service, and problem-resolution skills • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through • Experience working with diverse learning styles • Comfort using technology to facilitate learning • Ability to access information using a computer • Ability to communicate effectively up and down the management chain • Ability to cope effectively with stressful situations • Good attendance • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Strong mental acuity • Ability to lift 25 lbs • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
