📋 Description

• Support instructional faculty in online classrooms with many students • Analyze student activity in discussions and assessments and respond based on training and lead instructor input • Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor • Assist with grading and provide feedback • Monitor student engagement and recommend ways to increase engagement • Provide tutoring, live sessions, and other student support as directed • Conduct student outreach • Develop supplemental support documents, videos, and job aids • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Terminal degree in Business or a Business-related field required, from a regionally accredited institution • Professional experience in the field of study is preferred and may be required depending on course credentialing requirements • Previous teaching experience is preferred and may be required depending on course credentialing requirements • Online teaching experience is preferred and may be required depending on course credentialing requirements • Previous teaching experience with adult learners • Professional certification in discipline specialty, if required by course credentialing requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners • Effective time management skills • Relationship-building, customer service, and problem resolution skills • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through • Experience working with diverse learning styles • Comfort using technology to facilitate learning • Ability to access information using a computer • Ability to communicate effectively up and down the management chain • Ability to cope effectively with stressful situations • Good attendance • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong mental acuity • Ability to lift 25 lbs • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
