📋 Description

• Provide instruction using a pre-designed curriculum • Provide competency-based evaluations and timely feedback within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays • Support learners' academic success in asynchronous FlexPath courses • Use the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Establish high standards and explain evaluation criteria • Adhere to University policies and procedures • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and required training • Participate in other activities based on university needs • Accept assignments on an ongoing rolling-enrollment basis according to expertise and school needs

🎯 Requirements

• Online teaching experience required • Professional experience in the discipline: minimum of two years for undergraduate level and three years for graduate level • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate-level • Doctoral-level experience conducting and overseeing research in the discipline required • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Master's degree in psychology required • Three years of teaching experience preferred • Doctorate degree in psychology preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation • Proficiency in oral presentation skills, planning and organizing course objectives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology • Strong computer skills • Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally and ethically • Must be able to travel occasionally within the US if business needs arise • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Must have access to a computer, privacy, reliable internet access, phone, and video conferencing at a remote location • Must meet critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication requirements • Able to access information using a computer
