📋 Description

• Own district-level KPIs including revenue, occupancy, NOI, and guest satisfaction across a portfolio of 6–10 RV parks • Drive Property Managers to hit budget and performance targets at each property • Review individual park performance and identify underperformance early, then course-correct • Manage revenue and expenses, revenue collection and reconciliation, and financial reporting across the district • Enforce brand, operational, security, safety, and compliance standards through regular site visits and audits • Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and capital improvement needs • Serve as the link between park-level execution and marketing, finance, CapEx/facilities, HR, and IT • Establish operating rhythms with Property Managers through check-ins, reporting cadences, and review cycles • Ensure budget processes, marketing campaigns, and company initiatives are executed on schedule • Mentor Property Managers and their teams; support hiring, training, and succession planning • Foster accountability and continuous improvement across the district • Maintain high service standards and address escalated guest concerns • Use guest feedback to drive operational improvements • Provide leadership with regular updates on district performance, risks, and initiatives • Communicate company goals and standards to park-level teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in RV park management • Proven track record of hitting financial and performance targets across multiple locations • Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and driving revenue growth • Comfortable operating cross-functionally — coordinating with marketing, finance, and HR to keep park execution in sync with company initiatives • Proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams • Strong leadership presence — sets high standards, holds teams accountable, and maintains composure and follow-through under pressure • Excellent communicator and problem-solver, with sound judgment in fast-paced, high-conflict, or ambiguous situations • Ability to enforce and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistency and protection of the company's reputation • Ability to be highly active during property visits, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds • Willingness to travel up to 50% by automobile and airplane, with 24/7 availability to assist teams when necessary • Valid driver's license with the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle • High school diploma or GED required
