📋 Description

• Monitor and oversee students’ progress toward obtaining Industry Recognized Credentials, ensuring they remain on track to meet program requirements • Provide comprehensive graduation pathway counseling to students • Assist students in charting their academic journey and aligning it with future career goals • Collaborate with students to align chosen graduation pathways with long-term career aspirations • Offer guidance and support to help students succeed • Enhance and maintain engagement, promote academic progress, and facilitate successful graduation • Communicate and collaborate with students and staff • Follow school policies and professional standards • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Ohio • Must hold a valid Ohio license, such as an Ohio Teaching License, Pupil Services License, or School Counseling License • The school may accept other Ohio educator credentials that meet state regulations and are suitable for work in student academic support roles • Bachelor’s degree • 2 or more years in education experience • Previous experience in education program coordination or counseling (preferred) • Strong organizational and communication skills (preferred) • Knowledge of Industry Recognized Credentials and graduation pathway options (preferred)
