β’ 5-7 years in a marketing role with a proven track record in an in-house or agency environment β’ Proven experience improving conversion rates for digital offers, e-commerce, lead gen, or info products β’ Deep knowledge of buyer psychology, direct response copywriting, and user behavior analysis β’ Hands-on experience with Landing Page Builders: Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Instapage, WordPress β’ Automation Tools: Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel β’ CRM & ESPs: Hubspot, Salesforce, Active Campaign, GoHighLevel, and Klaviyo β’ Analytics Tools: GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets β’ Able to clearly communicate test results and performance trends to non-technical stakeholders and clients β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn marketing environment β’ A sharp eye for design, user experience, and persuasive visual hierarchy is a strong plus.
