πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Own and lead campaign strategy, structure, and optimization across Meta as your primary platform, with active management across Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels β€’ Develop advanced scaling strategies, audience expansion frameworks, and budget reallocation decisions grounded in performance data β€’ Build and manage creative testing frameworks in partnership with the Creative team, providing platform-specific direction based on results β€’ Lead client-facing performance discussions, presenting insights, testing outcomes, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently β€’ Produce deeper channel-level analysis that goes beyond reporting, connecting data to business outcomes and informing next steps β€’ Troubleshoot complex tracking issues, attribution discrepancies, and cross-platform performance problems, including GTM and pixel-level diagnosis β€’ Mentor junior media buyers through training, feedback, and day-to-day coaching β€’ Maintain and improve campaign documentation, QA standards, and onboarding resources for the media buying team β€’ Partner with the Funnel team to align paid media strategy with landing page performance and offer testing β€’ Contribute to standardizing planning frameworks, reporting standards, and team processes

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a proven track record in an in-house or agency environment β€’ BA/BS degree in marketing or business preferred, or equivalent work experience β€’ Deep, proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including complex campaign structures, audience strategy, and algorithm-informed optimization β€’ Demonstrated ability to scale paid media budgets while maintaining or improving performance efficiency β€’ Experience managing campaigns across two or more platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, or CTV preferred) β€’ Strong command of performance metrics and funnel analysis: CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, and LTV β€’ Ability to build structured media plans with targeting strategy, campaign architecture, and budget allocation β€’ Experience developing and running creative testing frameworks with clear hypotheses and performance-based iteration β€’ Comfort troubleshooting tracking issues at the pixel, UTM, and attribution level; GTM experience is a strong plus β€’ Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent reporting platforms β€’ Strong communicator with experience leading client calls and presenting performance insights to stakeholders β€’ Ability to mentor and coach junior team members effectively β€’ Active, working proficiency with AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow; this means using AI to improve efficiency, analysis, creative iteration, or reporting, not familiarity with it in theory.
