📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day relationships with hardware vendors, including performance metrics • Define and manage end-to-end logistics, including order management, for hardware customers • Define and manage end-to-end reverse logistics processes for new hardware partners • Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to define logistics automation roadmaps and improve products and processes • Manage milestones and delivery of large-scale cross-functional initiatives, including automation roadmaps for ordering and reverse logistics • Prepare and monitor key user support indicators and reports, including on-time delivery and cost • Refine tools, strategize and organize processes and education to improve user experience • Identify flaws or failures against standards and collaborate with Stripe teams on remediation strategies and action plans • Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Terminal leadership, and external partner executives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operational, vendor management, logistics, or project management roles • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment and crafting rapid and strategic fixes to high intensity problems • Obsessively ensure that users’ rights are preserved with clear, objective, conclusive and timely responses • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong empathy for solving user problems • Data-driven decision making • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a keen eye for detail and a high bar for quality • Strong sense of how to scale great user support experience and design and continuously improve operational processes • Ability to execute and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders
