📋 Description

• Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences, including Davos, Exec Summit at Sessions, and Executive Briefing Center space launches, across cross-functional internal teams and external partners • Build, maintain, and evolve repeatable playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to scale executive event execution • Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking with accountable leads • Own executive-ready program communications, unified status updates, operational reporting, and leadership dashboards • Drive operational improvements through process innovation, automation, and AI-powered tools • Deliver high-touch executive experiences and manage broader team operations and budget allocation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or events • Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the executive and working team level and competing priorities • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills • Experience managing budgets, creating playbooks, and operational documentation for scaled program maturity • Experience with large-scale, high-profile, executive-facing events (preferred) • Experience managing projects in Asana or other project planning software (preferred) • Experience with budget and procurement software (preferred) • Experience partnering with agencies, vendors and third parties to bring consistency and standards (preferred) • Experience in the Tech industry; financial services, payments, or B2B software a plus (preferred) • AI project management workflow automation (preferred)
