📋 Description

• Shape and build a suite of products that let users model and operate their businesses more efficiently • Design, build, test, and ship code daily across technologies, systems, and processes • Collaborate with experts in infrastructure, security, design, and operations • Build business-critical internal and external features powering Stripe users worldwide • Design the next generation of Stripe products for high-growth company and customer needs • Deliver value through a collaborative, user-first approach with stakeholders and customers • Mentor engineers to help them grow • Debug and solve critical production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

🎯 Requirements

• 4–12+ years of experience in backend or platform software development • Ability to write high-quality code in programming languages like Go, Java, C/C++, etc. • Hands-on experience contributing to or building large-scale distributed systems • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across work streams within your team and contribute to your peers' success • Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with an entrepreneurial mindset
