📋 Description
• Design the next generation of Stripe products for the high-growth needs of the company and customers • Deliver value through a collaborative, user-first approach with stakeholders and customers • Mentor engineers to help them grow • Debug and solve critical production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack • Design, build, test, and ship code daily • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, design, and operations experts on business-critical internal and external features
🎯 Requirements
• 5–12+ years of experience in backend or platform software development • Ability to write high-quality code in programming languages such as Go, Java, C, and C++ • Hands-on experience contributing to or building large-scale distributed systems • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across work streams within the team • Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with an entrepreneurial mindset
