📋 Description

• Develop and deliver training across all training modalities • Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate deep dives into training needs • Support product enhancements and increase the team's visibility • Use data storytelling to identify training needs • Develop, execute, and improve training plans • Create and facilitate onboarding, cross-training, upskilling/reskilling, employee development, and leadership development training • Audit learning materials and develop content, procedures, tools, and training curricula • Research learner needs, knowledge and performance gaps, and behavioral changes • Build stakeholder relationships and implement business solutions • Develop training metrics aligned with operational KPIs • Measure training effectiveness using assessments, performance data, and stakeholder feedback • Architect new training programs and lead curriculum project teams • Identify training technologies, recommend e-learning solutions, and drive tool adoption • Model compliance with company policies, mission, values, ethics, and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience • 5+ years of in-person training, webinar training, and coaching experience • Ability to command a room full of leaders • Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 • Advanced skills in Canva creation • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Must be able to travel 25% of the time • Advanced skills in Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Drive, Meet, Sheets) • Education in Learning Theory, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Design • Experience finding new and unconventional ways to approach data • Ethical Standards and Conduct
