📋 Description

• Conduct training sessions enabling teammates to use essential technology and tools • Create and continually improve instructional materials, including e-learning courses and job aids • Implement instructional strategies to ensure participation and understanding • Adapt training to diverse learner needs • Measure training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback • Use evaluation data to improve training programs • Keep current with training and instructional design trends • Incorporate innovative methods and tools into training programs • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to align training with organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related field • Strong preference for experience focused on technology and digital tools • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT and HR • Proven ability to design and deliver content for diverse learners • Deep understanding of adult learning principles • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality • Prepare and deliver a brief training session during the interview process • Submit a portfolio of previous instructional design work
