📋 Description

• Develop, deliver, execute, and manage training needs for pharmaceutical clients • Communicate disease states, market landscapes, and product-specific materials clearly to learners • Support evaluation, creation, and implementation of training initiatives throughout the project lifecycle • Design and develop training content and materials • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, disease states, and selling skills • Support development of training and home study materials for initial and follow-up training classes • Support management of materials through legal, regulatory, and medical review • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement dynamic learning materials, including slide presentations, workshops, reference guides, job aids, and modules • Support Directors of Training and Project Managers through detailed project management practices and standards • Collaborate on agenda management, Portal/Platform LMS setup, and production services • Learn disease state, branded, and unbranded materials and implement training in a timely manner • Provide train-the-trainer, new hire, and sustainment curriculum training • Support sales management teams with training materials, workshops, and facilitation at National, Sales, and POA meetings • Manage the Training Project Plan, including task management, issue escalation, risk identification, and interdependencies • Onboard, develop, and coach field-based trainers and emerging sales representative leaders through virtual and live field rides

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is preferred • Experience supporting all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Product launch experience or major new indication launch experience preferred • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes and adult learning principles • Working knowledge of sound instructional design • Fantastic organizational and time management skills • Strategic and creative mindset • Meticulous attention to detail • Expertise in training and facilitation • Travel 50% based on clients training needs • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science • 3+ years of experience as a successful sales representative selling pharmaceuticals or medical equipment • 5+ years of experience in a national sales training department with experience in curriculum development and delivery is required • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Adobe Suite • Preferred: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience and advancement within healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotech industry in sales, sales training • Preferred: Veeva or similar software and Learning Management Systems experience
