📋 Description

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment • Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies and initiatives • Coordinate, organize, and implement training programs, new-hire training, and onboarding programs • Manage up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders as direct reports • Collaborate daily with Learning Experience Leaders and site managers to ensure program quality • Maintain training schedules and update employee rosters for assigned sites and/or GEOs • Create seats and job descriptions for new learning experience staff • Interview, onboard, and set expectations for learning experience staff • Assess KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and establish quarterly goals • Develop staff and leadership through continuing education and certifications • Observe training classes and provide coaching and feedback • Provide tools and resources for training-material creation • Maintain electronic records for learning experience staff • Analyze training evaluations to identify trends, improve speed to proficiency, and provide client feedback • Create and maintain training methodologies and courses • Maintain communication with Recruiting and Operations to improve the pipeline-to-production cycle • Ensure accountability within the safety and health management system • Allocate resources for occupational health and safety prevention and control measures • Ensure worker training on occupational health and safety • Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Four-year college degree in a related field like industrial or applied sciences preferred • Five years of previous training experience • Two years of previous management experience, preferably in the training or learning development space • Two years of previous BPO experience, preferably • Two years of previous technical support experience and/or emergency coordination, emergency response, or crisis management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong coaching and mentoring skills • Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications required • Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills • Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
