📋 Description

• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs for employees • Create presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, process documentation, and knowledge articles • Support employee adoption of ticketing platforms, HR systems, collaboration tools, and operational applications • Translate system updates, process changes, and business requirements into learning content • Conduct platform walkthroughs, testing, and hands-on exploration of workflows and user experiences • Facilitate new system launches, enhancements, and adoption initiatives • Develop and deliver foundational AI learning content and best practices • Maintain and update training materials • Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and validate training effectiveness • Support employee onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives • Track participation, feedback, and adoption metrics to improve learning programs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, employee enablement, instructional design, or systems training • Experience creating training content and learning materials • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and business processes • Excellent written communication and documentation skills • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint • Experience supporting software implementations or system rollouts • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, HRIS platforms, or workflow applications • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools • Experience creating video-based learning content or microlearning assets • Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted content development • Customer approval may be required for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises
