📋 Description

• Administer the Learning Management System, including user groups, course versioning, and curriculum assignments • Troubleshoot technical issues for learners • Audit training content and role mappings for accuracy and currency • Generate and analyze compliance reports for safety-critical roles • Update and maintain training dashboards • Maintain audit-ready digital training records • Coordinate digital logistics for new-hire classes, including access and learning-path assignments • Support trainers with administrative tasks • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose digital process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months of experience in an office, administrative, or customer support role • Exposure to fast-paced or detail-oriented fields such as technology or logistics • Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables • Comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Strong accuracy and data integrity focus • Organized and able to manage changing priorities • Able to explain technical information simply to teammates
