📋 Description

• Coordinate, organize, and implement all training programs • Work closely with Learning Experience Leaders and site managers to ensure program quality and deliver world-class training • Maintain training schedules for sites • Update team roster spreadsheets • Create seats for new training staff, including job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges • Interview and onboard training staff • Set job expectations and communicate policies and procedures • Grade training staff on training skill sets and assess KPIs • Develop training staff and leadership through education and certifications • Observe training staff during classes and provide positive, constructive feedback • Set quarterly KPIs and standards for training staff • Provide tools and resources for training material creation • Maintain electronic records for training staff • Analyze training evaluation forms to identify trends and improve the training department • Create and maintain training methodologies • Develop training courses for current employees • Maintain communication with Recruiting and Operations • Ensure accountability within the safety and health management system • Allocate resources and personnel for occupational health and safety measures • Manage workplace hazards and risks • Ensure worker training in occupational health and safety • Maintain communication regarding Occupational Safety and Health needs • Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment is used and maintained • Report unsafe conditions, emergencies, accidents, near misses, safety risks, and process failures • Identify and analyze risks before activities and participate in hazard and risk assessments • Apply actions described in the emergency plan

🎯 Requirements

• Five years of training experience • Two years of management experience • Two years of BPO experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong coaching and mentoring skills • Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills • Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
