📋 Description

• Design end-to-end user learning journeys combining virtual learning sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on practice for SAP S/4HANA and related boundary systems • Provide design oversight for virtual session materials, self-paced eLearning, simulations, WalkMe-enabled practice, and knowledge checks • Apply adult learning principles and learning experience design best practices • Ensure learning content is role-based and aligned with the Global Blueprint, with Business Unit-specific variations based on documented requirements • Review learning materials for accuracy, clarity, usability, and alignment with program objectives • Develop or refine learning content when additional capacity or specialized expertise is required • Partner with the PST Learning Lead to align learning journeys and design activities with program milestones and deployment schedules • Collaborate with third-party, offshore, and Business Unit content developers to ensure consistent design standards and quality • Work with the Training Delivery team to ensure materials are delivery-ready • Coordinate with WalkMe developers to align in-application guidance and hands-on practice with formal learning content • Partner with Change Management Leads to address change impacts, adoption risks, and Business Unit readiness needs • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure business accuracy • Align with Change Management and Communications teams on consistent messaging • Ensure learning content follows governance, branding, accessibility, and compliance standards • Maintain version control and documentation standards • Track learning design milestones and report status, risks, and dependencies to the PST Learning Lead and program leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience • Prior experience with instructional design or learning experience design • U.S. citizenship is required • Demonstrated experience leading learning design efforts for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA • Experience designing self-paced eLearning, virtual instructor-led learning, and hands-on practice experiences, including simulations and knowledge checks • Experience with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe and SAP Enable Now • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning experience design methodologies, and performance-based learning approaches • Proficiency with eLearning and multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate • Experience working with matrixed or distributed teams, including third-party, offshore, and Business Unit-based content developers • Ability to provide design leadership or governance across multiple workstreams • Willingness to travel up to 25%+
